I accompany fellow women navigating cancer diagnosis or survivorship through life changes via mindset practices, movement and community.

If you were just diagnosed with cancer, a survivor or in “the messy middle”, I’d love to support and guide you.

Hi THERE, I'M Catalina.

As I sit here reflecting on the past few years of my life, I find myself in a moment of introspection. With a background in behavior analysis, I am accustomed to observing and tailoring treatment plans for others based on their needs. As a workaholic with a penchant for perfectionism and multitasking, my self-worth was defined by my career and ability to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously.

However, a cancer diagnosis at the young age of 33 served as a poignant reminder that life encompasses more than just work, achievements, perfection, productivity, and constant rush.

Since then, I've made a conscious effort to slow down, set daily intentions, and stay mindful in my daily routine. Dealing with cancer has a way of making you value every aspect of life and live it on your own terms, seeking happiness and a purposeful life. As an artist, I chose to pursue my enduring love for dance and movement, leveraging my strengths in behavior analysis and experiences to assist others and give back.

“I’m the creator of my life, I decide to live intentionally and be happy; it is all here and NOW”

  • Listening is the foundation of my coaching approach. Let me help you discover how to overcome your fears and live the life you deserve.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • FOCUS

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

  • REFLECT

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Refine

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
